The SyncWave Pro Wireless Aadapter is a wireless CarPlay and Android Auto adapter that lets you connect your phone to your car's screen without a cable. Simply plug it into your car's USB port and enjoy wireless connectivity.
Is SyncWave Pro compatible with my car?
SyncWave Pro works with any car that has a factory-installed or aftermarket wired CarPlay or Android Auto system. If your car supports wired CarPlay/Android Auto, our adapter will make it wireless. For those cars which unfortunately arent compatible, we offer a dedicated screen with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto capabilities.
Does it work with both iPhone and Android?
Yes! SyncWave Pro supports both Apple CarPlay (iPhone) and Android Auto (Android phones). Make sure your phone's OS is up to date for the best experience.
Do I need to install any apps?
No app installation is required. The adapter connects seamlessly using your phone's built-in CarPlay or Android Auto functionality.
What is the wireless range?
The adapter uses Bluetooth and Wi-Fi to maintain a stable connection. It works best when your phone is within the car — typically within 5 metres of the adapter.

How do I set up the adapter?
Setup is simple: plug the adapter into your car's USB port, pair your phone via Bluetooth once, and from then on it connects automatically every time you get in the car.
How long does the initial setup take?
First-time setup takes less than 2 minutes. After that, your phone connects automatically within seconds of entering the car.
Will it work while my phone is in my pocket or bag?
Yes! Once paired, the adapter connects automatically as long as your phone's Bluetooth is on — no need to take your phone out.
Can multiple phones be paired to one adapter?
Yes, the adapter can store multiple paired devices, making it easy for different drivers to use the same car.

Do you ship across South Africa?
Yes, we offer free delivery anywhere in South Africa. Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within South Africa. International shipping may be available in the future — sign up to our newsletter to stay updated.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
What does the warranty cover?
Our adapter comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover physical damage caused by misuse.

Technical Support
My adapter isn't connecting — what should I do?
Try the following: (1) Ensure your car supports wired CarPlay/Android Auto. (2) Restart your phone's Bluetooth. (3) Unplug and re-plug the adapter. (4) Delete the adapter from your Bluetooth devices and re-pair. If the issue persists, contact us.
The connection keeps dropping — how do I fix this?
Make sure your phone's Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both enabled. Interference from other devices can sometimes cause drops. Try moving other devices away from the adapter.
Is there a firmware update for the adapter?
Firmware updates are handled automatically when the adapter is connected. No manual update is required.
